Walden (North Park) is accessible via paved highways although mountain passes must be traversed to enter the valley. Highway 14 enters North Park from the east over Cameron Pass and over Muddy Pass from the southwest. State Highway 125 enters the county from the south over Willow Creek Pass and to the north by following the route of the North Platte River from Saratoga. From Laramie, Wyoming state Highway 127 enters the valley from the northeast.
